I agree with Madonna you should know that God exists and pray for help and guidance. Also try to find and talk to people who has been believers for some time and who can share their faith with you and how God works in their life. It is definitely good and useful to read God’s Word, the Bile tells us about God and our life a great deal of things. You will find a lot of helpful information, and what is even better you could start reading in a group with others who can answer your questions and help you in your spiritual growth. God is always with us, but we are sometimes too consumed with our own life and cares. But if you genuinely seek for God I believe you will find!

To my mind, first what you should do is to get informed from different sources.Nowdays, you don't need to go to the library, you have Internet connection- here you go! Analyze everything you are interested in and you will start understanding what you really need.

Then , you don't need you family to have faith in what you have. It's your personal world and you are doing whatever you think is right for yourself.

Yoga is very good not only for your mind, but for your body as well, so it's a good idea to start practicing it.
