I expect that God will help me whenever I need help. Cocos, what do you mean when you say that we should just love God without expecting any profit. The Bible say: ask and you will be given. It works with me. I ask God in my prayers to help me find my lover and I find such a person some months or years later. When I am tired of my regular work and I asked God to help me find my real calling (I wanted to do something I like, but I did not no exactly what.) After several years passed, I find my calling thanking God for his help. This interaction with God I consider normal. I perceive God like a father and I do not ashamed to ask him for help.
