* 5-10 g of salt (preferably burnt), stir until dissolved in 20 g of honey, put the mixture in a cloth and, when hurting rub it into your teeth and gums.

* When you have parodontosis or other gums: tooth paste powder, mix with the powder of ½ grams of the calamus root and brush your teeth with this mixture 3 times a day.

*If you have parodontosis and caries: Rinse your mouth with 15% extract of alcohol propolis, use 20 drops in a glass of water.

* If you have bleeding gum: Mix 5 tablespoons of finely chopped pine needles (no branches), 2 tablespoons of powdered rose hips, and 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion peel, pour a mixture with 1.5 liters of boiling water, bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Drink warm throughout the day as a tea.
