On New Year's evening we all hope that our life will change for the better.
To make a family, to give birth to the child, to move to new apartment or in general cardinally to replace a residence, and at the same time and work - safe ways to begin new life, but of course it is not possible for everyone to do it at the same time. We can start with small steps to new life. Like the snowballs, one behind one, they will have effect of a snow clod which eventually will lead to changes. Here are some psychological steps to main recesses which we can make right now.

Before starting a new life, it is necessary to understand what we do not like in our old life. We can take a sheet of paper and in a column paint all sides of our life (work, a family, friendship, free time etc.) and on the contrary each concept grade from 1 to 10, having defined, whether accept us a present situation in this area. On the opposite to each estimation, which is lower than 9 or 10, we should mark, what we would like to change cardinally to raise the score.

Continuing the first point, we should carefully think, what is at the bottom of low estimations: the person or a situation. We will find guilty on each point, but of course we also can not underestimate our own role in crimes: it is not important, whether we consider as a source of our problems the person or a situation, we should estimate, how much our relations with this person or our approach to a situation (laziness, inactivity, a disorganisation and etc.) lead to such negative result.

After that we could count, how many on the average time we are spending behind the computer and the TV. Both the TV and the computer have hypnotic influence on people, providing with it possibility to be discharged of world around. Serials, TV shows, computer games and useless sites take away from our precious time, which we can spend for ourselves.

We should exempt time for a new life. We can begin with going to bed on an hour earlier and on an hour earlier to rise. This small change means much more, than we usually think: in the morning in this saved hour we could make something really useful - for example, one lesson of Spanish or a 20-minute heat in pool.

We should also release space for a new life.
First of all- disposal of unnecessary things: furniture, clothes, magazines and all that simply lies in our house without business. Having cleared away space for life, we also could change something in interior design - not important, whether there will be it the serious repair, new wall-paper or a picture on a wall; it is important, that ideas and mood of these updating went from us.
Happy life is not possible without a healthy body. Our responsibility is going in for sports and eating a healthy food.
We should make sports loadings, which approach our body, regular and fascinating and try to eat correctly, awarding ourselves for successes with aristocratic dark chocolate or some juicy fruits.

We should plan the future, but do not postpone all for tomorrow.
On the basis of that list which we made in the first points, we could make one more sheet, but with our plans for the future. We can be guided by our life and our possibilities right now, instead of in ten years, when we at last will meet the millionaire and will move with it in Paris. We should try to make that have planned in short time prospect, and for this purpose paint to ourselves terms for each plan and financial assets, which are necessary on its realisation.
We have to learn to fix the victories and be proud of ourselves.
We should not forget to sum up more often – we could write out in a column, what has turned out, will suffice for successes and do marks that else it would be desirable to correct. Gorgeous Benjamin Franklin, for example, advised every evening before a dream to comprehend the last day and to realise that is already made, and over what still it is necessary to work to have possibility to lead high-grade life – just such that we want. :)

But the main thing is not postpone plans on tomorrow, next year etc
Let's start all from today from this moment.
Diet, learning. cleaning what we postpone every time.
And it will be the best present for New Year
