Hello Everyone

Be very careful what you are eating, since the right diet always shapes your body into a right and healthy manner. And your organism always is very healthy and gets enough healthy nutrients.

Your breakfast should be light and steady. Breakfast should include: oatmeal cereal with organic milk, barley cereal with organic milk, wheat meal with organic milk, home made juice out of any fruit. Coffee is very rare in a morning with milk , and with sandwich, or tea with milk with any kind of sandwich. These meals should be randomized - each day different meal.

Your lunch should be as follows: any kind of soup- vegetable soup, chicken soup, red soup- borscht, shurpa soup or lamb soup, macaroni soup. Any kind of meal- potatoes, meat,fish, macaroni, rice, vegetable salad and home made juices, buckwheat
Randomize these meals - every day different meal for lunch.

Dinner should be as simple: tea with cookies or with any kind of sandwich.

This is the simple and good diet for you. Do not put into yourself any negative thoughts, be positive and think always that this food is healthy and it will be healthy for you and your organism will be able to take it normally and you will normally enjoy your food! Bonno Appetite!!!

Oh, I do eat traditional British oat porridge at breakfast and it's really beneficial both for intestine and skin. Since I started eating it, I feel better throughout the day, full of energy. And in the evenings I try not to eat at all or only fruits like apples, pears or something like this.
I noticed that I don't have so many spots now. That's really great!
