You can focus on your breathing and watch how it goes. Relax your mind and consciousness. You can do it as much as you want, it really helps to relax yourself.

Yeah! Its really cool and it so easy. I do it 2 times a day for five minutes.

In combination with meditation, this practice really makes a difference in the stress levels one experiences. Even with the day to day stress you experience, you can really tell a difference in the way you feel and in your blood pressure measurements.

I have been working on this myself both to help reduce stress and also to strength my lungs (after a bout of pneumonia). How many here are familiar with pranayama?
