* Rub with soap 2 cabbage leaves, sprinkle with baking soda, and attach to the sore spot as a compress. Tie it up with the scarf.

* Mix 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of turpentine and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it up. Rub with it the sore spots for the night and after rubbing you should bundle up warmly.

* 4 pieces of unsalted lard or unsalted butter mix thoroughly with a powder of dried horsetail and rub the ointment in sore spots.
