Aromatherapy is used to treat diseases, to overcome stress, to relief pain or just to make your place smelling good and confortable.
It is widely known that used in right proportions it works wonders, but if not it can cause allergies and health disorders. It is very important to consult a personal phisiotherapyst before using etherical oils, if you think you are a allergic person.

I love aromatherapy very much. I've been practising it for a lot of years, So I can give some advice.
1. Do not buy cheap essential oils (the cheap ones can only be added to a bucket of water for washing of the floor :cheer: )
2. Learn secure concentration of these essential oils, as well as the need for their emulsification before adding to the water for stings avoiding.
3. Firstly read what and how to do in the aromatherapy, and then do it. So don't tell later " oh, it somehow did not work ," " oh, I burnt", " why doesn’t it look like on the picture? "
So first spend time getting some information to understand what actually you need and how to do it, and then buy all supplies, and create ...

If you try to do it right away without previous preparations, as reading, and without thinking, you results will be thrown because of badness and the components are not cheap in aromatherapy.
